This website is dedicated to all those who work with people, lead them, motivate them and coach them.
The purpose of this site is to create a community for managers and leaders where they can share their opinions, ideas and concerns.
When working with people, I have more than once encountered a situation that was new to me, and even though I searched for intormation on the internet or consulted another manager, in the end I had to come up with a solution on my own.
But what if there was a space where managers/leaders could confer with each other about situations they´ ve already encountered. They could share opinions and ideas that they could use when working with people.
That´ s why there´ s a community I AM LEADER.
